I teach 9 classes a week and for more info on when and where see the timetable tab at the top (when and where!) In my absence Karen will teach my classes for me!!)

Karen teaches the 2 morning classes and also 1 evening class a week- see the when and where tab for more info!

Well done to Julie for losing 5 stone from coming to Zumba and eating healthily – as a little present from me to say how amazing she looks she has been given a Bodysmart Fitness fleece and it looks FAB!!! keep up the good work Julie!!

Had a fab birthday weekend in Bath and Southampton then back to the sunny Isle of Wight for some fab Zumba classes in Newport and Cowes, although I was slightly embarrassed when the while class sang happy birthday to me!!!!! good job there weren’t any bumps involved – would of been there for a long time!!!
